a term used for the circulatory system consisting of the heart and blood vessels in your body. This helps your blood pressure stay at the level it needs to stay at. You should at least work your heart for more than 30 minutes to get your blood flowing all over your body. It is important to work your heart because there is a less chance of you getting a disease that may cost you your life. Also it is important for you could stay fit and not become obece like people in america.
A good cardio traning to make your heart pump and start working is jogging running walking for at least 30 minutes. These exercises would really help your blood flow through your body which would be something good. Other exercise that you might be able to do is doing sports or something that makes you sweat. You might be doing something fun and your actually doing cardio as well. You could also have a healthier life by runnning everyday and doing things that makes your heart pump really fast.
Durning my summer vacation i will play soccer or maybe join a team so that my heart stays pumping for a really long time and would help me have a way healthier life. IN P.E i would play everday basketball for my heart could stay pumping and which would be something good.
